I once called Patrick on a Friday afternoon (5PM Dallas time) and told him I needed a new backing plate ASAP. I told him I wouldn't be able to get to my computer to order it in time to get it shipped before the weekend. He made sure it was mailed that day and I got it on Monday. Now that is service!
