69 GTO Judge said:If the car is yours I would let EX or EX-P sit on the car for 24 hours to cure. It will still be as easy to get off as if you left it on for 30 minutes. Top it with a good wax and you are set. Then all you have to do is maintain the shine rather than redoing the whole process a month or 2 down the line.
If it is a car that you are getting paid to detail then you really do not have the option to let it sit for 24 hours to cure but it will add a shine none the less.
Scott P said:I don't see any reason for leaving EX or EX-P on to dry for that long. Curing takes place after residue is buffed off. I usually leave it to dry for about 45 minutes, then buff off. I'd be afraid of dust getting on the surface over a 24 hour period and casuing marring in the surface when everything was buffed off.
