EX vs EX-P, durability difference?

I guess I should have titled this EX vs. EX-P+ since the new EX-P version has been released.

Anyway, my question is since EX and EX-P are the same except for carnauba in EX, does this mean that EX is technically more durable than EX-P?

If the answer is yes, does the same apply to EX-P+ or would the added strength of the new version EX-P basically make the durability the same as EX now?

Ex and EX-P are different in ways other than just the carnauba content I believe.

My experience has been EX is more durable, especially if used over PwC. I haven't had the new version of EX-P long enough to know how long it lasts, so I am basing this on the first version of EX-P.

Oh, so EX and EX-P have differences other than just carnauba? I was always under the impression that carnauba was the only difference.

Did you notice a *big* difference in durability between the two or just a matter of a week or two?

I find this very interesting. I believe EX came before EX-P. Given that there is so much discussion here that carnauba residues can interfere with bonding of synthetics, it's pretty funny that a mixture of the two (EX) has better longevity than a pure synthetic (EX-P)...kinda turns the conventional wisdom on its head. I suppose this means I have to try EX....maybe PwC too...

I get a good 3 months out of EX-P, I get 4-6 months with EX over PwC (slickness, beading and appearance).

I don't know what was changed with regards to EX-P but the new version is whiter, thinner and spreads much more easily. Very wet clear shine. I just haven't had it long enough to form any opinion on durability. It looks amazing over silver and gold paint.
