EX-P and EX

Other than carnuba in EX is there a major shine differance.EX-P is one of my favorite products but I have yet to try just the EX.

My personal preference is the EX-P pure sealant that's because I am going to top that off with a paste wax..I don't think that even side by side that you would see a difference in shine from one to the next...I don't!

That is one thing I was looking for also! Comparo for both...

Now, as an LSP, how is EX compared to Natty's? Duration, shine etc?

Your really talking about two different things...EX is a sealant with some carnauba added....how much I don't know for sure...Nattys is a paste wax only...no additives.

Now which one is more durable the EX would be IMO...paste wax is great for high shine, but limited in the length of time it will protect the paint...a sealant is more durable.

All that said if I was looking for a decent shine with good durablitiy I would go with the EX

Thanks Beemer, that what I thought!!

I do know the diff between both, I just wanted to get feedback on the results and duration as I have never tried Natty's.

I'm quite an avid fan of EX! I might even try for EX-P... So many products, so little cash to try them all! :D

I pu Nattys red & Blue on top of EX-P on all 3 of my cars. I have seen great results with Nattys Red top on EX-P on my maroon Booneville - with over 2 months of protection and real nice beading when it rains. My wifes blue Volvo and black integra receieve the NB on top of EXP - ALthough I never put EXP on the integra, the person I bought that car from told me he had put EXP on the car. Only thing I have done is put NB on top of it.

"EX is a sealant with some carnauba added"
This just seems to make understanding the relationship between polmers and carnuba more difficult. Most posts I have read say that carnuba over sealants= a good thing. Sealants over carnuba= a bad thing. It seems hard to believe that the two could play nice together when mixed. What is the real story on these two and how they should be mixed/layered?
