Because of the winter storm we had, my car spent about one whole month completely covered in grit from the volcanic rocks they use for snow traction. That stuff sticks more than I thought it did because I washed the car and clayed it after dinner and wow...it was bad! I never expected it to be this bad, especially given that I had previously done a clay job in June.
It's been dark here since before I started so I'll take photos of the car tomorrow.
After doing one small section of the rear door....:yikes:
And the used, dirty clay next to fresh clay for a comparison shot.
I also put a test coat of 4-star UPP on the hood and fender. Here is a video of the awesome stuff!
