Even I can't buff this one out...

So gald that you guys are OK! Is there a reputable shop to do the work? I know in Memphis I would be SOL!

On second thought, you know what we would do in memphis? Get the insurance check, spray it Candy, buy a set of wheels, and still have a little money left. :D Ahh, the joys in living in a sophisticated city!

I hope you gave that guy your card. His rims look filthy. :chuckle:

Its good to see that everyone is ok. I came close to doing that same thing the first ice storm we had here in CT this winter. I-95 looked like a junkyard with all the cars smacked up on the side of the road. I had to weave like a Harlem Globe Trotter just to make it home in one piece.

8Banger: Have to let things slide sometimes. I wasn't happy driving it around for a week all banged up and dirty, but its getting fixed now and I know the shop will do OEM level work.

todd: Drug Sales :).

Justin: If it's cool with him, its cool with me.

Joe: Yep, jsatek recommended a place that does the work for Greenwich Ferrari/MB/BMW/etc.

That comment had me LOLing. If I'm feeling devious, I may have the roof painted black, but I doubt the wife will let that one fly ;).

mia: I like driving in the snow, but yes, some people just really don't belong out there. I'd be doing 60 in 2" of snow and a dude will be in the slow lane with the flashers on doing 15mph. Get off the road and call a cab!

The Wilton PD said there were 17 accident reported that day in their town alone when I picked up the police report.

That sucks glad you guys are ok. I'm very surprised you even drive it in that waether.I keep my benz tucked away and covered up and drive my trep. Hope all is repaired correctly.

Huge bummer, been there done that, look at my baby

I see an SRT8 in your future!

Funny thing is that i just found out that car was rebuilt in Dec and is being driven now after being totaled. (Crash was 5/19/06)

Glad you're okay.

Oh man Sean, glad you guys are okay!

We had a day lake that here. Everything iced up right around 4:00 and the evening rush hour was a nightmare. Everything was solid ice, cars were sliding in circles on the overpasses, sirens and firetrucks everywhere. It was like hell on earth, like nothing I've ever seen.

Damn Sean.

At least everyone is OK. As much as a hassle it will be with insurance and all...metal and plastic can be replaced...flesh and blood can't.

Glad you're both OK.

You don't need a different vehicle just snow tires. All season tires are no season tires. High performance tires simply don't belong in the snow.
