spray and hose only.

it has some yellow tint.

this one is worse than the one above, becasue no rubbing.

the first pic above has some haze after rubbing.

Hmmm looks like pitting and it may be all the way through the clear coat. That would explain the yellowing oxidation.

What kind of shops will do this?

Ask your favourite bodyshop. I had one wheel refinished when my Toyota P/U got whacked by a big truck. Better than new. $150 CDN. Blasted, polished and re-cleared. Wasn't worth it for me, because $200 could have got me brand new, lighter wheels.

I helped a friend of mine with his, honestly can't remember what kind of rims they were. But they had become dull and cloudy, so we got some aircraft paint remover and sprayed the wheels after covering the tires, let it take the clear coat off, then used 1000 grit sandpaper to smooth them out, then used some neverdull to polish them up, wiped them down with orange blast. Let them dry and used Duplicolor Hi Temp Wheel Clear coat on them. Used I think 2 or three coats. Came out really clean and smooth. Then went over them with Meguires gold class.....they still look nice.:xyxthumbs
