Hi There...

A while back I think it was Todd did a review on a product used for engine bay that only required to spray on and did not need and wiping off. Does anyone remember what that product was or a link to his article.

Correct, but that is a dressing and not a cleaner.

For heavy cleaning I like Meguiars Super Degreaser, P21s Total Auto Wash, or BF APC. However each of the above may require some agitation if used on heavy grease.
