engine bay cleaning waiver

I am starting to get requests to clean engines in newer and higher end vehicles and I would like to require owners to sign a damage waiver. I do not want to pay a $1000+ water-in-the-electronics-damage-bill. I have heard of several guys in the area who have caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to higher-end ECU's or such, under the hood and I don't want to one of them!

hence why I dont offer it.

I know someone here does it, but doesnt charge for it, and has a waiver signed stating there was no charge for it and he is not responsible for any damage.

I also do not do engine cleaning because of liability and environmental concerns. With newer cars, you can usually just do a wipe down with a damp MF towel, and dress the hoses.
