If I had employees, this would be my deterrent against stealing.

I guess the "Bing style" humor didn't translate to some (lol).................. more importantly though is the "Guido catchersmitt hand" holding this weapon.................. gentlemen this a Desert Eagle which is a HUGE handgun in most peoples hands except "The Bing's"!. His present Sig sauer is "Swimming in his hands compared to the "DE".

We have an employee manual that all employees must read and confirm they have read and agree to abide by all our policies in writing as a condition of employment. It outlines exactly what is okay and what isn't so there can be ZERO confusion. We also have 11 video cameras installed in and around the shop which completely monitor everything and can be viewed remotely. We have never had an issue with employees stealing from us - the problem we have encountered is theft of time. There is no question what has gone on in the shop as there is always a compelling video record going back over 2 months that can be viewed to check. All in all it's not really a concern for us. The costs are such that 90% of the employees we have had couldn't come up with the money to really start up a proper business unless they did it on the cheap and tried to work from home (which is highly illegal here and strictly enforced). I've had a couple of guys try and all you can do is wish them well and worry about yourself). If you have protected your intellectual property (customer lists etc..) properly then you really have nothing to worry about.
