Einszett Ultra Paint Polish by hand?

The Autopia store describes Einszett Ultra Paint Polish as having a high cutting level, good for removing light scratches and heavy swirl marks or water spots. But for hand use only.



The Einszett web site does not say you should use it only by hand.



I'm wondering if it would be OK to use it with a PC, which some people consider akin to hand use, as opposed to a rotary buffer (machine).



I've got some stuff that I haven't been able to get rid of with PC/yellow pad/FI-II, so I was hoping to try the Ultra Paint Polish.
 
It's a product from the Pro Line, so it's made to use by rotary between 1200-1800RPM. Can be used by hand (harder) or by PC.

It's very easy to use, and better if followed by Paint Polish.

I've used it last week to remove some wet sand marks from scratch removal (I used a rotary).
