EF High-Intensity: Diluted or not?

Just wondering what the recommended usage of Eimann-Fabrik High-Intensity is. I just received a shipment from CMA and there's a gallon of the stuff :)

Just wondering if I should dilute it or use full strength.

Also, application tips are welcome -- such as how much to use on the wheels, how long to let it sit before washing... do I need to scrub still?

i have two spray bottles of EF HI.

one is a 50/50, one is straight.

i tend to use 50/50 on my wheels. if you keep up on them, you won't need anything stronger than 50/50.

as for the application,

i just hose the wheels down, spray each wheel with the 50/50 and brush off the dirt. then a rinse. it doesn't sit very long. the EF HI is one of the safest chemicals for wheels, but i beleive it will damage clearcoats if left on too long.

I've always used mine straight.

For wheels, I spray with a hose first to thoroughly wet the wheel then give 5 or 6 shots and start scrubbing with a sponge. I then rinse really well.

I don't recall seeing anything where HI would damage clear coats, but it will remove wax (and Klasse, too, if memory serves).

I would not consider leaving any cleaner product on something for a long period of time.

It depends on what you are cleaning.

I remember a few threads where people chimed in saying they diluted it for this and that like carpet stains etc.

Jimwh and RoadK are both right on. I usually just dilute it 50/50 but you could use it full strength if you wanted to. Just don't allow it to sit on wheels too long. You don't want to do this with any cleaner for your wheels. Laters
