We have them in stock and are shipping out the same day they are recieved via UPS. It will take about 6 business days to California as we are in Philadelphia and less depending on where you live.

I love your customer support but have had many problems in the past with the pads seperating from the velcro. This has happened with the replacement pads that were supposed to have the better adhesive. Is this new line of pads going to actually hold up as claimed? As I have said many times, your pads are the absolute best and I would love to return to your product. But until the adhesive issue is resolved, that is a risk that I cannot affford to make. I also prefer the single side pad as opposed to the double side pads. Will there be a single sided pad released with this new adhesive? The life span of the single sided pads that I was using, was 1-3 uses before the velcro would seperate.

Why not put this in a New thread so it can get the attention it needs. Plus I'm lost with your question The double sided pads do not use Velcro and that was the only pads I thought that had Issues.. Maybe i'm wrong but Who knows

I don't know when the last time you tried the pads were but I am fully confident that we have resolved all issues with both pads and adapters either single or double sided. What I would suggest is that you let us send you some pads to replace any that have failed ( single sided) and test their longevity. I am sure you will be impressed. I would also like to know if you have ever tried the Edge2000 system? This would be a prefect time to try it out and I would be happy to provide you with an adapter and pad for testing. Let me know if you are interested.

I have tried the edge200 for the rotary and absolutely LOVE it. I never had a problem with those pads. The problem that I had was the single sided DA pads. I never tried the edge200 system because of the thickness. It looked very inclined to tip over to me. It seems, though, that this has been address as well as the adapter failure problem. As shown here in this post, your customer service has always been second to none. I was getting a 100% failure rate with the yellow and green pads due to the heat. This was with the replacement pads that was sent to me about a year ago with the newer version of the glue. I dont know if there is a newer version of adhesive since then, but if there is I WOULD LOVE TO TRY. I have always said that your foam is the absolute best. The lower profile Edge2000 DA system is also very intriguing to me. That would elimate the guess work centering the pads. If it works as good as the ones for the rotary, that would be awesome.

I assume I have the older adaptor as I ordered it last year but I havn't had any problems with it! Should I exchange it anyway before a problem occurs?

While you may not have any problems with the older version, the newer one is shorter, lighter, and closer to the machine, all which contribute to cutting down on the vibrations and giving better control over the pad. Not to mention the added security of the pin to insure that the parts never come detached. Plus ITS FREE!! I would highly suggest that anyone with the older version take advantage of this offer.

I literally placed an order yesterday through Autogeek and I am wondering if the new adapters will be a part of that order?

Did you get a chance to put the details of the exchange offer on any of your websites yet? I know you had mentioned to me in your email that you would talk to your webmaster about doing so. That was about ten days ago. Wouldn't that be a good thing to do?
