I know you can buy it over the net but why is it so hard to find locally? I've gone to auto part stores, Wally's World, ect, with zero results.

Anyone know where you can get this stuff in the Lansing, Mi area?

Thanks,

Al

Good question, but Im in Calif. I thought they actually discontinued it, Sears had a closeout on it some time ago....A bottle of it was $1.67...Needless to say, i loaded up on it. The stuff is excellent too.....Eagleone makes some great stuff, Tire cleaner being on eof em, Wax as U dry another....Good luck in finding it....:wavey

This is weird because they dont even list it on their site. I stocked up on it during the whole Sears thing too.

I agree with Brian in that E1 may be hard to find at retail and that you should look at the Mothers cleaner. I've also used EFHI with great results but that too has to be bought via mail order. If you can get the Mothers cleaner locally, I'd say use that.

Thanks for the replies.

4DSC, I'll see if I can't find the Mothers tire cleaner.

TurboCat , Murrays is closed today so I'll give them a call tomorrow.

CRV-03, I may be going to Toronto in a few weeks, if I can't find what I want before then I'll check out Canadian Tire then.

I was told that EO was only making the AtoZ wheel and tire cleaner. That came from CMA when i placed an order for the tire cleaner.

I too had looked EVERYWHERE for the Eagle One tire cleaner but could not find it. Local auto part stores carried the rest of their products except their tire cleaner. I emailed EO a few weeks ago about finding their tire cleaner locally but have yet to get a response.

I ended up buying the EO A to Z wheel and tire cleaner. I have to say it worked rather well. But the wierd thing is on EO's site it only lists it as a wheel cleaner when on my bottle it says wheel AND tire cleaner.:nixweiss

If you end up looking in a Canadian Tire store, I'd just like to mention that NONE of the stores in this city carry it (or the Mothers), so it may be that one store that decided to order some.

EO A2Z works on tires too and is quite strong (hey, it's a wheel cleaner!). I totally forgot about that. Depending on how much each costs though, I think some people have said it isn't cost effective or something....

I was able to find at a local auto parts store. Black Magic Tire Cleaner. it seems to be just like the eagle one. It works just as good if not better than the eagle one. it was pretty cheap too. I went to their website but their was no tire cleaner on it. I guess it must be pretty new. By the way the website is

Black magic car care

I don't remember seeing on the bottle of A to Z wheel cleaner anything about it also being a tire cleaner?

Went to Murray's today and found the Wheel & Tire cleaner, it seems to be made more for wheels then tires ( I didn't buy it ). They didn't have the Mothers tire cleaner either, at least I picked up some Mothers carnuba wax and there clay bar. I'll keep looking for the Mothers tire cleaner when I go shopping at other stores.

For what its worth, Eagle One still has the Tire Cleaner listed on their website for sale. Hopefully its not going to be discontinued since it was by far the best inexpensive tire cleaner I ever used.
