Duragloss questions

I used #921 to clean out finger smudges and dust after buffing my car. I think the 921 can compare with Zaino z6. I ran out of z6, so I went and order a gallon of #921 :)

I have no complaint yet.

#921 Being Fast Clean & Shine. It leaves protection behind? Can it be used in between Polishing steps? Or for Pre Sealing such as Zaino or any strong Sealant?

Yes...921 leaves protection behind....

Not to take away from Z-6..but on the forums I have seen lots of Zaino users using 921 as they say the 921 works like Z6

product description from Duragloss...

Is formulated to remove dust and light soil from painted surfaces without scratching or removing durable polishes. Actually bonds with the polish for added gloss and durability.

as you see they say it bonds with the polish meaning sealant...thus leaving some protection behind as it has sealant polymers combined with cleaners...

Grease....the 601 can be used with 105 or 111...and also other brand sealants....

yes..the Aquawax is far better than the Eagle 1 wax as you dry product..will last on the paint much longer and give a very slick and wet look....

I still need to use #101 before #601 or #601 itself will do since it remove the old wax.

I have heard good reviews from car wash #901.Very keen to try it out,any experience on this?

Rock...

One the the methods I used was to use 101 to clean the paint of any old wax or sealants...101 has lite abrasives and cleaners....and then I would top the 101 with either 111 or 105...no need for the 601...as the paint is clean of old wax and fallout...

I asked about doing this with the DG chemist and he seemed it was a gret idea...

In all actuality the 101 really did a nice job on the paint as far as cleaning and leaving a nice finish...and when topped with say 105 it looked great....

here is a post on someone who I told how to do it and his car looks great...

Autogeekonline Car Detailing Forum - DuraGloss 101 and 105

the 101 really adds a mirror gloss to the paint...and then topping it with 111 or 105 is something to see...

use the 101 with a lite polish pad on a PC.....work it in good.. a area at a time then wipe it off...do whole car like that...the 101 adds a nice base for the 111 or 105..so no 601 needed....

PS..put the 105 or 111 on by hand...and thin....gives best results and looks the wettest...
