Yeah I called napa around my area and none carried duragloss so I tried carquest and every store I called and checked out had it in stock.

I called Duragloss to ask where I could find it in my area and they said that Carquest is the only distributor in California. I did find AW at Carquest, bought the one and only bottle they had. I am ready for an online order so an Autopian discount would be great!

Mike----good question...I would be in favor of straight 15% off discount for Autopia forum members that will work from the website as well as call-in orders.

If they offered that, i'd buy a TON of stuff. I need a gallon of FC&S and there's a half dozen other products of theirs i'd like to try: SMR, PBA, 105, CWC, some of their glass products, various trim tire and interior dressings. They makle such great products (at least the ones i and others here have tried) i'd try damn near everything.

I placed a nice size order with DG today, and they refused to honor the LX-15 discount code, saying it ended last year. I asked if they had a discount for Autopia members----nada. I placed my order anyway, after deleting a couple products like the vinyl/leather cleaner and all-wheel cleaner. I needed a gallon of AW, and stocked up on the polishes including #105, plus a supply of FC&S.

I received my DG order today: AW (to replace the bottle I gave to my dad), FCS, 105,111,601,652. I'm gonna have me a Duragloss party! Used the FCS today as I got a few raindrops on my car. Great stuff! I can't wait to do the full routine. Still trying to decide between 105 and 111 on my silver.

Hard to apply big discounts to products that are <$10.

It's a %, so no matter the size the proportion stays the same. A lot of other sites selling detailing products have a discount code, and it would be a nice gesture if they extended one to Autopians too.

Come on- Duragloss prices are quite a bit less than most boutique products. Why worry about a couple bucks discount.

because Id like to try some but i dont want to pay 4.95 for shipping and they dont stock it anywhere in So Cal. Ive gone all over looking for the stuff. A discount would make it much easier for me to justify ordering it online vs. just picking up some stuff that is ACTUALLY OTC.

I see you're from San Diego. Check the CarQuest stores. I found the AW and a few of the polishes there.

At $3+/gal for gas, $4.95 flat rate shipping is a steal. If you've "gone all over looking" you have likely spent more than the shipping costs in gas.
