Duragloss No Rinse question

I've used ONR in the distant past but am thinking of using Duragloss No Rinse (partly because I've used and like Duragloss AquaWax). What is the consensus about Duragloss No Rinse wash? Like ONR, can it also be used as a clay lube?

Advance thanks,
-Mike

Does a really nice job as far as I'm concerned. (imho, better than onr)

Never used it for clay lube

I really didn't like onr as a clay lube, so I won't try dg.

My "ole reliable" clay lube is PB spray and wipe, non diluted

Well when you think of it, a no rinse has to have really great lubricity so at an even higher concentrations, should make for a good clay lube.
I've used ONR as a clay lube in the past and felt it worked really well.

Yes the DG rinseless is a very nice product, what I like most about it is that it doesn't stain the wash media the way ONR does. But depending how "distant" your ONR past is, ONR has changed a bit over time and they are now on V.3

Duragloss rinseless is nice, but you really can't go wrong with Pinnacle waterless and rinseless. The waterless is my favorite clay lube - and it costs < $1 to make a big bottle.

I don't use it as clay lube
but the only "rinseless" washes I have are DG and Pinnacle. Sorta depends on mood

If I use a clay lube, I use my Blackfire RW at 1:16 per mfr recommendations. Most of time though, I just use my soapy water or plain distilled water.

I don't like using "leaves stuff behind" QDs as clay lube because IMO the stuff they leave behind can compromise the claying. Don't like water either as I want greater lubricity than that. My fave clay lube is Sonus Glyde, but even with that I rewash (or at least rinse) afterwards as it's kinda "soapy".

I'm betting that anyone's favorite clay lube is 90% water with some slickery agents. I guess DG no rinse 'might' be compromised as a clay lube by containing Aquawax although I'm not so sure that's a deal breaker. Then again any clay lube that slick is gonna leave something behind unless it's subsequently cleaned more than just wiping down.

I prefer Infinite Use Detail Juice and Meguairs Rinse Free for rinse less washes. Usually do a bhb/foam gun wash first.

I use both Duragloss Rinseless with Aquawax and Megs Rinse Free Express Wash n Wax. I love them both and I don't use ONR. I also feel that DG can be diluted further than the recommended ratios and still work great. Megs is my fav for the garage queen and show car wipe down right before a show or a drive. Love the look, feel and smell.
