Nov 20, 2012 #5 R Ron Ketcham Active member Yeah, you can, just follow Mark's advice about "test" a spot or two. I gather it's an electric model. Got some, put a velcro back plate on one and have used it for "quicky" jobs on spots. Grumpy

Very similar to my Bosch, except it has speed control, so just don't over load it, in other words, watch the pressure you apply when using. I even use a larger 7 or 8 inch foam pad on the 5 inch plate for light polishing/wax/sealant application. Good luck, Skil makes good tools. Grumpy
