I have the water magnet and I have found that if you actually soak the WM in water then ring the water out then dry...Oddly enough it works for me.

My first MFs were from Adam's. I think that my problem(?) is that my standard is set a bit too high. I have since returned to Adam's for all of my MF toweling needs. I am SURE that there are plenty of other brands that are just as nice or nicer, but I do not see the need to take any more risks like I did with the CG towels. I have never had a single issue with the Adam's towels. They meet and exceed my needs every time.

They're noticeably softer out of the package than any of the off the shelf brands that I found locally.
They seem to work very well. Washed them once before using, and they really soak up the water for me. I can dry my whole car ('95 Camry) with one towel without ever having to wring it out.
