drying my car

I use microfiber towels. You might also want to try to let the hose dry off your car. Start at the top of a panel with the hose close to the paint (3 inches is good). Then just slowly move the hose down the panel. If your paint is in good enough condition, the water should sheet off nicely.

as audiboy said take the novel off your hose and a good amount of water will sheet off. I start by doing that and then i pull it into my garage but if you dont have one, no big deal. I then take my toro leaf blower and get alot of water off the paint. NExt i take my adams DS (any ds will work) and spray it on the panel before i dry off with a Waffle Weave Drying Towel. I follow with the leafblower to get water out of all cracks and crevices. Usually i will finish by QDing the whole car.

Yep, another vote here for using a good QD that contains excellent lubrication and some additional light cleaning in the drying process! :bigups If the QD also adds some "POP".... so much the better! :D

I flood most of the water off with a fireman's hose nozzle, use a water blade on the glass, use a leaf blower on the hort. surfaces (most vert. surfaces are almost dry already) and specifically hit the trim, door jambs, lug nut holes, and mirrors.

I finish-up by blotting dry with a WW towel, then S&G if I feel like it.
