Dry leather conditioning

Hi, my husband just bought a used car and the leather seats are dry and in desperate need of conditioning. What would be the best route for cleaning and conditioning them? I really don't want to replace them. Thanks, Diane

are they cracked at all....i know that once the crack is there there aint no going back....but otherwise do a fast search and leather...and youll find lots of stuff...lexol...zaino...pinnacle...303....tanners...meguiars...etc...i use lexol leather cleaner and the pinnacle conditioner....about every 2 wks....i apply the cleaner with a small brush(from CMA) and the conditioner with a foam pad....be sure to wet the seats down before anything with a nice damp towel...to get them moist to accept the products....and of course be sure to fry them after....or youll be slipping and sliding all over from the conditioner...

Please do yourself a favor and check out http://www.leatherique.com. The guys with really old cars swear by the stuff and so do I with the new cars.

Leatherique is amazing in restoring older leather. The leather just seems to drink the stuff up.
