Dried wax on trim!

I've got dried wax on some of my trim. It's been on since before winter....How do I remove it?
I just used PBs trim restorer and the wax shows right thru it. I put the PBs on with a foam brush, I didn't scrub the wax spots.

clean them with an APC first or you can scrub with the Trim Restorer too

a tip for next time..treat the trim first before you wax or polish

You could also use a white eraser to gently scrub it away. Follow up with the Trim Restorer afterwards and you'll be all set.

I have used Wax Blaster to remove old wax buildup fairly effectively. When applying Poorboys Trim Restore, I use a 2" sponge paint brush.
