Question? Just got a DREMEL 400 for Xmas, I have tried to get rid of swirl marks using various products by hand, Meguiars, etc, bad results. Could I use my DREMEL with a buffing wheel, if so what speed should I use (5,000 thru 35,000) and any type of product like Meguiars etc.? Thanks...Happy New Year.

Boy, that sounds like a long job with the little wheels used on a Dremel, not to mention that you might get uneven results with such small media.

you will find a ton of uses for it

but this is not one of them you will do more damage then good

but if you need to play with it I am sure you could find some metal on your car to polish with it

jake9364- This has come up a few times and the answers are always the same :D

Yeah, Dremels are *great* for polishing all sorts of stuff, but not paint.

If you want better results by hand, try 1Z brand polishes.
