Hey first post here... names Matt... A young entrepreneur who's looking for some quick advice from all...

In your own words... If you could pick the ultimate list of supplies, with no limit of $ -- ie products -- what would they be....??? Mulitple picks welcome... (2) waxes, (3) polishes, for whatever reason...

Example:

-favorite wax

-favorite polish

-favorite smr

etc...

i have my own opinions ... and am in a limited time frame--so figure id ask around and see what would come of it. Im starting a local mobile service and have other business to tend to as well.. so im trying to take the BEST products people recommend, in my time i have and put information together to kick start this thing..

Thanks,

Matt

Wow...

Well my favorite wax would be P21S. It's awesome. Another nice wax that is off the counter and is nice and cheap would be NXT wax. Both of these are damn good. For a non-abrasive polish I would pick Poorboys Pro Polish. Favorite abrasive polishes would be the Poorboys SSR line. Some other mentionable favorites would be... Meguiar's all wheel cleaner, Stoner Invisible Glass, Simple Green, Sonus detailing clay, Optimum car wax, Klasse AIO and SG. Tools: all the microfiber from pakshak.com, Porter cable 7242, lake county foam pads, various brushes etc.

paste glaz for light solids.

Souveran for dark solids.

UPP for light metallics.

NXT for dark metallics.

RMG for a glaze.

#16 for longevity.

AIO for a paint cleaner.

PB's S&R or Meg's WB for wheels.

Meg's Endurance for tires.

303 protectant for interior protection.

meg's #39 for interior cleaning.

folex for carpet cleaning.

meg's APC for just about anything.

Poorboys Natty Blue - Wax

Meguiars High Endurance - Wheels

303 Aerospace Protectant - Interior protection

303 Carpet Cleaner

Engine detailing - 50/50 mix of Westleys White Bleech & water + a bucket of Dawn and a nylon brush (usually used for cleaning motorcycles) really gets in the crevases.
