DP's waterless wash opinion

There is no cure!
all summed up:

"i like it but, i should;ve just stayed with Poorboys S&W."

like everyone has said, PB's is a lot slicker. and by that i mean DP is not slick at all. it has good cleaning abilities but the feeling of the MF gliding on the paint when u're buffing it off is just not there. it actually grabs the towel and makes the towel cling and unfold. VERY ANNOYING.

i sprayed 3-4 mist per panel and wiped with meguiar's GC MF towel. all dirt, dust and grime were completely gone only leaving the still wet streaks to be buffed off. so i switched to a dry towel and it just didn;t wipe with ease. u have to immediatly follow it after with a towel to buff off because leaving the wet streaks longer than 15 seconds makes buffing them off completely useless.

my mistake was buying the whole gallon and a seperate 32 ounce bottle first ratehr than just buying the 32oz bottle.

as of now im planning on re-ordering a gallon of spray and wipe so is anyone interested in an UN-USED GALLON OF DP WATER-LESS AUTO WASH.

im not in real need of money so im not trying to gain a profit. im actually just trying to get rid of it. maybe someone who is willing to pay for the S&H.

if not then someone who would wanna just receive it. i dont mind paying for it. i just really dont need it and im sure someone else would make better use of it.

im not sure if autogeek does that.

its not really a bad product. it does what its supposed to do. id just rather use spray and wipe. much more easier to work with.

I'm in agreement about the lack of slickness but it does clean well without streaking and has a nice scent to boot. I haven't used PB so I can't compare the two.

joyride,

You may have gotten the older version of the product. The Waterless Wash has been re-formulated with increased lubricity and slickness.

Hope this helps,

Works pretty good for me. About the same as S&W, perhaps better cleaning with alittle less slickness. Its a tradeoff i suppose.

i must have gotten an old formula because i cannot believe that everyone has gotten such good results with theirs. ill give it another try after my replacement spray and wipe is over.

ain't that just nice! :(
