Does windshield washer fluid damage waxes?

It seems that the beading ability of the waxes dissipates quickest on the roofs of my two cars. The hood still beads water, whereas the roof no longer has the ability to bead water. I use KAIO, KSG, and Collonite 476.

The only thing I can think of is that the roof gets sprayed with washer fluid and as such the washer fluid breaks down the Collonite, KAIO, and KSG. Am I nuts or is this possible?

I think one car has some sort of rain x fluid and the other has factory toyota fluid.

TIA

superduty- Some wiperfluids mess up some LSPs and other combos work out OK. The generic stuff I use doesn't seem to mess with the KSG on my minivan at all, and it's not bad on the LSPs on my other vehicles.

On some vehicles, the roof's LSP fails first anyhow, though on *my* vehicles (which are always garaged), it's usually the last to go.
