Does Poorboys Pro Polish have any cut?

Its a chemical cleaner. So it wont take out scratches and the like. You can use whatever pad you like. If the finish was pretty good, I'd go with a finishing pad. If it was badly oxidized, go with a polishing pad.

I've seen Steve say the application material will allow PP to perform differently... He says "in the right hands" it can remove wetsanding marks. Link for reference.

I've used EX-P over EX-P, Meguiars #82, and S100 SEPC.. worked great.

Finishing or polishing, either should work with VM. I imagine the finishing pad would make it behave more like a glaze if that's what you are looking for.
