Does OCW remind you of any other product?

I respect both of your opinions, but I hope you're off on this one.



WAUD is on my top 10 worse product I've used. It was hologram hell no matter how much I tried to buff it out.

Old WAUD? The old formula was pretty terrible - the new one is actually OK. I prefer OCW, though.
 
Wow guys, it's one of my favorite all time products! I have the new and old versions. I used to buy it in the 2 pack that Costco sold. There is not a wash that I do that I don't use WAUD as I dry the car. I absolutely love the product and it's as easy to use as OCW. The car looks like it's been dipped in salad oil after just a wash and 5 minutes with WAUD.



I know ebpcivicsi is a big fan too.



Different strokes for different folks! Sorry you had bad experiences with it.

As long as you use OCW in temps above 50, you are fine. Even in a heated garage, you are fine. Outside in sub 50 degree weather, hang itup, it will streak like crazy and be difficult to remove.



I actually did not have a problem with the old WAUD, but stop using it because it ruined my WW's.



On *my* gallon of OCW it sates that you can use it on a wet surface. I have used it several times as a WAUD type product with gret success. Whether or not this effects durability, I do not know.



I will say this, applying OCW after each wash will *really* keep your paint slick. The beads are such that after about the third application you can no longer use the "sheeting" technique with the hose; OCW is too hydrophic to allow the water to sheet properly.
 
OCW was mentioned several times in recent "What is your favorite wax?" and "What's your fav products of 2005?" threads ... so I'm still optimistic!
