I have always taped off my vehicles before using wax or polish in order to keep the white residue off the trim areas. I've got some TPNS coming in and since it claims "zero dusting" will it still be necessary to tape off or will it also stain the trim? I'm still going to tape off the metal name tags. I am going to follow up with BFAFPP. May seem like a stupid question but I am just trying to save a step and time in the detail process.
Do we still tape off before polishing?

TPnS really shouldn't stain trim, but I would still tape off. If the trim is heavily textured or aged the risk of staining goes up.
