Disaster Volvo Project(56k beware!)

I'd suggest starting with a chemical cleaner (if you want to stick with a Poorboy's lineup, then get Professional Polish). A chemical cleaner will remove most of the contaminants from the surface so you can really see what you're working with. Then, it will be easier to determine which SSRs you'll need.

:yeah That's good advice. Use the Poorboy's Professional Polish before the SSR steps. I think I remember Boss 429 making a very goo dpost about this a couple of weeks ago.

i think thats what u guys are getting at :lol

Close.

The SSR's are polish. Follow the polish with sealer and (optional) then wax.

So:
Wash
Clay (very important)
Wash
Polish (SSR's)
Sealer
Wax (optional)

I wouldn't skip the sealer. IMHO, this is an important step.

Good luck.

If you want to go with a total Poorboy's lineup, I'd try the following process -

1. Super Slick & Suds car wash
2. Clay
3. Professional Polish
4. SSRs (probably 2.5 on a cutting pad, 2.5 on a polishing pad, then 1 on a polishing pad)
5. Polish with Carnuba
6. Natty's Paste Wax (2 coats)
