Disappointed with S100

This surprises me. Most ppl have found s100 durability to be quite good. Wasn't it rated very highly in the wax test? I think those were the guys responsible for bringing s100 to the fore. Prior to that this place was mostly a blitz forum.

tpg13. Try washing your car and see what happens. You may be surprised.

s100 stinks if you live in michigan. Your better off using a polymer as a protection layer then top with s100 or a caranuba if you desire. I feel its stupid to even bother just waxing a car without sealing the paint with a polymer first bc the weather conditions, being outside most of the day in the sun, and all the harmful contaminants can easily deplete caranuba wax.

S100 to me is nothing too impressive, sure it has ease of use benefits...I dont think theres any real enhancement of colors to speak of...I have better luck like the others have said, using a Poly, and if theres a dust problem, using S100 for that....Other than a dust deterent, I find no real benefit to using it....

I've used Vanilla Moose/S100 on my own car and it beads for several weeks, no matter what the weather. Sometimes after a few days of rain, the beads grow in size, but after washing, the next time it rains, the beads are tight again.
