Disappointed when placing my order with ClearKote

I placed an order online with ClearKote on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 and forgot to print my order from the computer. At first I did not worry because I thought ClearKote would send an email confirming my order as the other car product company do. I also thought they would ship via of UPS and send a tracking number.

None of the above happened. I have not heard from ClearKote even after calling several times and leaving my name and number. Each time I call I only get the answering service. I fell this is not very good customer services.

I am wondering if any other Detail City members received this treatment from ClearKote.

I am very disappointed with this comapny.
 
Clear Kote is at an auto show somewhere. I think Ohio. I ordered this past monday and got an email on wed. saying that it wouldn't ship until mon. the 5th.

I design websites in my spare time. I know how easy it is to put a small blurb on the homepage stating that they are at a car show and won't be able to ship any orders until monday.

I will be buying from someone else.
