How do I dilute my ONR for making clay live? It says 2oz per gallon. Does this mean remove 2oz of distilled water from the jug and add 2oz of ONR? Or do I just pour 0.5oz of ONR per 32oz spray bottle?
 
Technically you add the 2oz to the gallon, but it's easier to take 2oz of water out of the gallon so all of the solution still fits in the jug.
 
If you remove 2 oz. from the gallon jug and add 2 oz. ONR, technically, you are short on water by 2 oz. Very minuscule, so it may not matter. With a ratio of 2oz/gal, you should end up with 130 oz. total.

Exactly why I wish companies would make the ratios for a gallon of mixture to be 1 gallon of total product so I can mix it in a jug.

This is correct. 2:128 = 1:64 = 1/2:32.

So, unless your in business to detail cars, just mix your stuff in 32oz bottles. Most bottles have a bit of extra room at the top - so just add 32oz of water and 1/2 oz of ONR and your good. I just use 1/4 oz pump gallon dispensers. Two pumps and I'm good for a half oz.

2:128 = 130 total parts (or 130 oz)... It's a ratio. You don't take out the 2 oz from the gallon... However, in this case it really wouldn't effect anything. Don't overthink this...your not making medication. Close enough is close enough. A little more or less will not hurt.

I have a Rubbermaid Industrial 32oz sprayer filled to the last neck line with DI and 1 tablespoon (aka 0.5oz) of ONR. This stuff is incredible.

This is from using at the clay lube strength on neglected Honda paint. Used maybe 8oz for the top half of the car. Emulsified the bird poo with no trouble too. I should have done a 50/50 shot to show the difference
