Diluting Armor All

Has anyone ever experimented with diluting Armor All? I'm sure different ratios give different sheens but I've never played with it.

Any feedback?
 
I use ArmorAll full strength on tires, trim, and rubber.

1:1 on wheel wells.

Its one of the best OTC water-based dressings you can buy. And with their different types of protectants that go from Low Shine, Original, and Ultra Shine, you can pick which one you want, for which use.

I really like using it for fenderwells and undercarraiges. I do a LOT of work on trucks/suv's, they require a lot of dressing, AA is the cheapest route. I usually dilute it 60/40 with water. I know it seems like an odd number to dilute, but for some odd reason that extra 10% of AA leaves less splotching IMO

another dressing I use that's really close to AA is P&S Shine-All...The downside is that it's $25/gal and does about the same job as AA on fenderwells/trim...

I'm a dressing freak...I don't even know how many different products I've got out on my shelf...
 
i am guilty of diluting my armorall to.......yeah the best use if definately for fender wells......when you detail a big SUV

You can silute Shine All 4/1 shine to water...do it all the time for undercarriages and the likes...also next time in ask Eric for a can of no rub polish that stuf is the bomb

For some reason, Shine All doesn't seem to work for me if I dilute it more than 1/1, then again that's on fenderwells too...

I've used No Rub, Spray N Shine, and this "Hi Tech Coating" that they carry, I like Spray N Shine the best, they recently renamed it, but I can't remember the name. "Spray N Shine" rocks though, very similar to Trim Shine but less runny
