Dillution of Opti No Rinse for use as waterless wash?

I know it can be mixed as a QD but I was wondering if any of the members who have experience with this product have a suggestion for which dullution to use for best results as a waterless wash (a la S&W).
 
I was interested in using NWR&S as a S&W-type QD, too, but after reading a couple of testimonies it seems that as a QD it didn't have nearly the cleaning power.
 
i haven't compare it with S&W, but 8oz per gal works ok for me. the cleaning power is alrite. but expect too much if you want it to help shine your ride. from my observation, it doesn't add to the shine. but at least it didn't take the shine off! ;)
