hey everyone i was wondering what the differences between the two are? Besides the price. Patrick hoping you can help me with this one a bit.

I have used super intense polish before and love it, just wondering if intense polish or is there another menzerna product that is almost as good as it or if not better. thank you all for your help in advance.

SIP has a cut of 3.8 and a gloss of 3.2..... Ip has a cut of 3.3 and a gloss of 3.0 --- So really not much difference.

IP dusts more, SIP is more oily.

Cut is roughly similar on non-ceramic paints, SIP has a bad habit of hiding marring and I like to wash with a mild degreaser after using it to ensure defects are removed and not hidden. It often leaves a LSP-ready looking finish that will hologram out in a week or so.

IP tends not to leave anything behind, but it can dust pretty well. Both are great middle step polishes, and despite their minor flaws are pretty much the industry best for that level of correction.

Some have mentioned that IP behaves a little better than SIP. I have never used IP so I cannot comment on it but some days when I have used SIP it goes fine, other days my rotary wants to jump all over the place.

i know what you mean bert. that happens to me too. also did they change the way the bottle looks on auto geek. The sticker on the bottle i mean.
