Does one of these work better for cutting or are they similar. As I want to keep my purchases locally for the most part till spring time. My local Carquest does carry the 3m line. I am looking for a good OTC product to use for cutting and or polishing. 3M seems from the research I have done to work pretty well. I will be using a wool cutting pad and a rotary. I have tried this combo with the Megs #4, but after a few passes and tries, I still can't get all the scratches out. Would say, something like the cutting compund from 3m give me better results? And would the "Finesse-It" from 3M be also benificial versus Megs products. Currently I use Megs and Pinnicle and DG products for the paint. Come spring time I will be purchasing some of the Menz line-up. I have never tried any 3M products, and really do not want to spend about 45$ if it is not going to give me the results I am looking for. I just want the scratches out!!!!!
