Did you get a flu shot?

The older people get the more the flue affects them.

I remember in my 20's going to work with high fevors, chills, sore throats, weakness, feeling sick ect.

At 35, i wrap up in a blanket if i get motion sick hahahaa.

My wife and i, actually my parents got me started on these, take 1000mg vit. C that mixes with water. We call it "fuzzy C" It used to be only found at health food stores, but to my suprize its at Walmart now.

Anyways, im hardly ever sick, if i feel soemthing weird i up my dosage to 3x a day of these.

Hard to say if it helps, but i dont want to stop taking them to find out.

We also cut down our sugar intake the second we feel "funny"

I think its good for people to get sick, but they have to grow up like that. Makes them stronger.

A whole generation of kids getting flue shots will be an interesting study in 15-20 years.

I got a flu shot a week ago (free) at work...........I am a Preschool teacher, and I have always found it is a good idea to get one....I suffered no ill effects from it-my arm was a bit sore, that is all.

I got one at my recent doctor's appointment -- actually felt a bit ill the day after and for another day or so. My arm wasn't too sore though...
