Did I pass my first term? (Pics)

I have considered myself pretty good in taking care of my cars until I got introduced to Autopia. In the past few months I learnt a lot from you guys here @Autopia. Inspired by you guys this weekend I finally managed to detail my wife's 98'ES300 using a PC for the first time. I used:

1. through dawn wash

2. SMR(#9) with LC yellow pad

3. AIO with LC white pad

4. SG with hand

Pakshak MF towels were great during the whole process!

I was very pleased with the results. So, this time I decided to put the pics for your critique. Did I pass my first term @ Autopia Univ? If yes, I can hardly wait to graduate... :)

You did very well as far as I can see. White can sometimes be less rewarding than a dark color but it looks quite rewarding from those pics.

Nice job!

Looks great! You wouldn't happen to be planning a detail on that GX470 are you? I'd like to see some pictures of that! :D

Thank you all for your appreciation!!! It helps after all that hard work. I have always been washing and waxing my car but not to this extent. I have always been a carnauba wax fan using Turtle (thats where I started), mothers, Zymol... But coming to Autopia introduced me to a whole new world of detailing. I felt like posting some of my progress but looking at the work of you guys such as Scottwax, Jngrbrdman, Guitarman, Russ968 to name a few I did not have enough courage. Now it feels like I'm on track.

tkr128, Yes I'd post some pics when I get satisfactory results of detailing my GX. It is 8 mos old and so far it has got Zymol feeding only. I was a bit skeptical of using PC, that is why I tried it on my wife's ES first :) But now I feel comfortable.

Ranney, I should thank you for the great product. Keep it up!

Quik89si, So far only 1 SG. I hope I can gold wash the car next weekend and put another coat of SG followed by S100 or Zymol.

I wouldn't consider myself experienced enough to grade you but very nice work indeed!

And ditto on your comment to Ranney - Pakshak rocks!
