Did i get jibbed on CCS pads?

Hi guys



I bought two Lake Country CCS pads from ProperAutoCare - one black and one white and the base/underneath section is blue. Ive used the black pad about 4 times now and it seems to be linting on the very edge



Is it something im doing wrong?



edit* just read the blue base is ProperAutoCare's own modified CCS pads
