DG , whats a better polish/sealant 111 or 105

How many coats of 105 ?



I wonder if 105 layered will give the same results as 111 layered.



I would guess that 105 would not be good to layer with a PC because it would remove part of the prev. application of it



I did 101 followed by 105 on my metallic grey 4Runner , maybe 2 coats of AW on it now. Then for giggles I did 1 coat of 111 on the hood. Not sure if I want to try another coat of 105 on the rest of the truck because of the diminishing prev. coat and kind of a self defeating polishing exercise or start layering 111.

I was told once the 105 sets up..the second application will not degrade the first..just passing on what was told to me...the MSDS sheets show they all clean...111 says abrasive but may be a chemical type...My box does say it Cleans..shine and protests in One easy Application...



Here is 101 and 105x2..the second coat made a difference..this was last years picture....

this is this years..but still needs a complete polishing..just a winter clean up was done..some polishing but not a full deep polishing

Maybe I'll shoot another coat of 105 on.



My 101 bottle and 105 bottle both say clean's on them , the 111 is the only on that does not.



Have any of you tried their paste wax ??

i heard bad things about the 104 paste wax, doesnt apply evenly?



from what i know its better to use the bottle stuff.



i'm angry, seems like california is completely out of dg 105.
