IMO here is another DG value product.

It applies just like Z16, and the look is real close.

Duragloss Tire & Rubber Mat Dressing (TMD) #253

#253

19oz

7.99 = .42 an Ounce

Compared to Z16

16oz

12.95 = .81 an Ounce

I have a little Z16 left and plan to do some side by side testing with pics.

Bear in mind that Z16 was changed recently. I haven't used the new Z16 or the 253, but I plan to try the 253 next time I buy something from DG.

Yep

The Z16 I have is the new stuff....smells like bubble gum.

I know this has been brought up before, but are we saying DG products are strangely similar to Zaino. The only DG product I have is the wash and I could swear it smells just like z2pro.

LOL, please do not even start any conspiracy theories... :wall

immitation is the best form of flattery-DG and Zaino are different products. Both companies have some great stuff. Today I bought some DG water spot remover.

There are similarities in some of their products, price is not one of them. :grinno:

Hmm... does anyone have any pics of tires dressed with this DG product? Have there been any click and brags? I may have missed it

I'll post a couple as soon as my camera batteries charge up.

The pics will be of 1 coat of #235 after 4 days...no rain.

I also plan on doing a side by side / half and half test with #235 and Z-16....this weekend I hope.

Make sure to clean the tire extra well before the test to make sure other dressings are for the most part off the surface.

Wannafbody - how did the water spot remover work?

It seems to be a good product but I haven't really tested it much. It says it isn't for acid rain residue but I decided to buy it anyway. It seems to remove dirt pretty well. I used it in a few spots like a spray and wipe product. It's only $5 so it's worth a try.

No problem....these Tires have only had FX and Z-16 for the last 6 months.

Here's a couple of pics.

1 coat of #235 after 4 days...no rain...about 160 miles driven.

Yes...the inside of the rims need cleaning:D

I had to ditch the idea of doing a side by side with Z-16, I remembered that I added some 303 to the little bit of Z-16 I had left.

Here are some daytime shots of #235.
