DG 105 / DG AW Beading at 5 months

This stuff is indestructible! Full correction and application of 101/105 was done in the beginning of June. I've maintained it with AW probably once maybe twice a month.

Wow, that's awesome. For the cost of the two products, it's hard to beat. I just started using TPP #105 and buffing off with AW #951. I'm interested to see what kind of durability I get out of it.

Wow...those look like Zaino beads!

PS In the interest of full disclosure and fairness, I need to ask you what the back bumper looked like ;)

Not sure what you are asking Setec... what do you mean?

just to be devils advocate...how long after an application of AW were the photos taken?

Let's see the picture was taken last night, and I applied AW after I washed it on Saturday morning (Oct. 20th)... so 6 days.

Good one Setec! lol

Dan it's a joke related to a Zaino thread that ended up getting locked.

Looks great! I really need to pick some of that up one of these days. For the cost there's no reason to give it a try.

So that´s more like a 6 day beading, not 5 months.

AW isn't really an LSP in itself, so no. In other words, you wouldn't ever get this level of protection/durability out of AW by itself. AW is more like a booster in this case. And thus the title "DG 105 / DG AW Beading at 5 months"

Protection, durability? You mean beading. It looks /title/"AW beading at 6 days".

Yea, that's 6 day beading. AW could be used as an LSP and is certaintly more than just a booster. Technically you could use AW everyday and say youre car has infinite beading.

It's an innate human desire to discredit discovery. Not that this is discovery, so call it reaffirmation of a well-known consensus. :D

Sweet beadage!

Nice beading. Looks like AW is a great product, but your title really is very misleading.

Your title leads viewers to believe you haven't reapplied anything in 5 months, but then you say you just redid it 6 days ago?:o

I suppose that depends on how much credit you give to AW. I believe it is a maintenence product. If you took a freshly compounded car with raw, exposed clear coat, and applied nothing but AW, do you honestly believe these are the results you'd get?

:secret sure it is

have you use it for a stand alone LSP?

I have (as have others I'am sure) and it works good

Hmmm.. I tried AW as a stand alone with poor results. I found it worked better as a "refresher" that can be used after every wash.
