Dewalt OR PC with Optimum Polish

Which polisher is better and more efficient in removing scratches and swirls? Any advice would be helpful.

DeWalt DW849 compared to a PC.

if your careful enough, the rotary would be a better choice. It's faster and can get better results than the orbital porter-cable. there is a greater risk of screwing up paint iwth the rotary though. I'd say get the PC and later on down the line when you get comfortable with a machine step up to a rotary like ill be doing shortly.

Which ever machine you can get to give you the best results.

If you know how to use the rotary, the rotary is more effecient. It can produce better results in less time than the PC. But you can get excellent results with the PC, it just may take a bit more time.

i will echo the above posts. If you are comfy and safe with the rotary use that.
