Hey guys, i was looking at some of the other detailers' pictures on this site and noticed that they wear shirts with their business' name while their at a job. So, i went to Target and got some iron-on paper and some premium T-Shirts (White) and made them myself... I think they turned out great! I LOVE THEM!!! I know their not perfect, but they will definitely make me look more professional when working on customer's cars. Also, heres my Business Card that i've been having for some time but never got to posting it on the forums...

Here are some pictures

Lemme know what yall think!

Looks pretty good for a DIY :up The wife ordered our shirts from VistaPrint, but to my dismay she didn't properly spell check them before approving them..now I have 10 T-shirts that have "M&A's Mobil Detailing" I love her, but God, she can't spell to save her life!:grinno:

Not bad for some homemade shirts. You may be better off with some polo shirts that have your business name embroidered. It cost more, but looks more professional. Those pictured are definitely better than nothing though.

Not bad AJ, especially for t-shirts.

FYI, blur out the web address and phone number in your pics. If not you'll hear from the mods regarding advertisment. It's against the forum rules.

Back to your regular scheduled program... :woot2:

;)

for future reference, you can get some HIGH quality business cards shipped to your door for 10 bucks...would make things look more professional...

and who details all the time in polo's???? it would get extremely hot if you were in the sun all day sweating just to try and stay looking professional...use the polos for the conventions and the Tshirts for the details jobs...IMO that is...

What a bummer. You would think VistaPrint would think to contact the customer over an obvious spelling error. That would make for good business in my book.

Well, for one I do. If you use Dri-Fit or something like Under Armour it is not too bad.

Looks good, but heres a way to make it better!! First, the name on the front...fairly small...make it larger, you dont want anyone to squint a couple feet away trying to read your T-Shirt while they are talking to you!

Now look at the name on the front, you see the yellow film around it...looks gaudy and tacky...worst of all...HOMEMADE! Before you iron the name on...cut around as close as you can to each letter, so your ironing the color part and no excess yellow stuff. When its transfered onto the TShirt, you cant tell its ironed on because the color doesnt show the yellow glue! Same thing with the back...cut around the car, and the words. So for the back, your ironing on 3 seperate pieces...not one sheet!

If you have trouble...shoot me a PM.

I did this before and everyone asks me where I got by shirts printed from. I just smile and say..."someone hooked me up" But good job and maybe make them more creative if you have a chanc :bigups

well like i said... its just a t-shirt to start out with

i can always get one professionally made for $20 shipped to my house but just wanted to check out this turned out

like i stated in my OP... ITS NOT PERFECT!!!

I hope your not getting snippy there...you asked for feedback, we give you feedback...its far from perfect, but it never hurts to put alittle more effort into it, to make it look better...

If you give professional results, you need to have a professional image as well
