Well, I have detailed the DeLorean that was used in Back to the Future Two, and I've detailed an exact replica of KITT from Knight Rider...and some of the parts on that car were from the original.

There was a movie where a blue (I think it was blue) XKE was blown up at the end of the move where a bad guy was locked in the car.
Anybody know that movie? I detailed that XKE. They used another to blow up.
I also detailed cars for a movie Sylvester Stalone made that was a 1930 something period movie that came out in the early 90s I think.
Also did many of the 50s cars in the Ty Cobb movie.
Did two cars for a Meguiars photo shoot that came out in their catalog years ago.
I have detailed a few for the Ronald McDonald house charity as well.

couple professional football and baseball players, 1 world series of poker player no tv shows, although a bodyshop we do work for is having a magazine photoshoot next week we will probably do a few of those.....

I detailed a '92 Porsche Carerra4 last summer that was later driven by Matt Damon. The movie is called "The Informant" and it's coming out Oct. 9th this year. After the car came back, the owner called me back out to show me the door jamb where Matt had signed it.

I do commercials/product knowledge dvd detailing for Mazda, Ford, and Hyundai. It's all through a third party production company though, I am not actually working for the car manufacturer. Basically they give the product company a budget, they hire me and work me into their budget. Usually it's 2-5 days of work, a lot of "hurry up and wait", but it's fun. I have some pics on my phone from the Mazda6 commercial stage, not sure if I am supposed to post them though. :/

I had a guy (jerk) that gave me a lot of lip over my pricing telling me he was a producer and his benz was going to be in a movie so he wanted it perfect for half the price because he was going to be referring other vehicles from the production company to me. When the vehicle was completed, he continued to point out imperfections (rock chips) and complain it wasn't perfect for the discounted price I had bartered for him then handed me the check and drove away before I even had a chance to run the check and print him a receipt. He was a traveling sales manager for a local marketing firm. Liar.
I just couldn't believe the attitude this guy had when I was talking to him on the phone prior to his appointment. First thing out of his mouth was, "I see your price for a full detail is $250... I'll give you $125." Um, this isn't an Turkish Bazaar...

I have a couple of NHL players as clients, they are REALLY cool... Just NO pics of their cars. They are VERY adamant about their privacy. One had a kid doing is detailing before I did, and the kid brought over a friend for a detail without permission. Needless to say he was not too happy.

Who said Red Wings....? Funny thing is I first met a former Det goalie while I was working at CompUSA in Novi. He came in, bought a Mac and I helped him set it up. He called later and asked me to set up a wireless router for him. I went to his place, set it up and we somehow started talking about cars. I told him I had a 72 XKE I was selling and this and that... He showed me his ride and he asked if I knew anyone who detailed cars, and of course I told him I did. After I did his, I picked up two others. The rest is history!

Such a shame they won't let you take pics. Most people blur out or even take off the plates so their identity would still be a secret. I'd love to see some of these cars.
I've detailed and tinted a couple vehicles for Doug Gilmour.
I've also detailed a really nice Escalade ESV done right up with giant rims and TV's in the headrests and a bunch of other crap, which belonged to another NHL player but I can't remember who it was. I have pics somewhere I'll post up if I can ever find them.
