I agree, the 3m clearbra was the best investment i've ever made on my car. The paint on my 2002 maxima is also notoriously weak. Now I can drive in construction areas and behind trucks with [relative] peace of mind. My last maxima had scores of paint chips all over the front bumper, it's unavoidable these days with the weak paint on most japanese imports. You wont regret it.
Also, you can grin ear to ear when you examine your car after some high speed encounters of the insect kind. You just get out the QD and they wipe right off without taking paint with them!
