Glad to help if I can with the proviso that laws are different from state to state but I can certainly help with the wording. Your choice, but it probably is worth spending a few bucks or a free detail job for a local attorney to look things over and give some advice on things such as statutory mechanic's liens,etc.
 
Thats a good idea too. Feel free to take a poke at the wording for the time being , but I might have to call around and see if I can hook that up.
 
I pulled this one off Autopia a while ago, switched a few things, deleted some, added some, and have a different one. This one is the one I pulled up, it does not have anything done to it except my info up top...
