Like others have said, the shipping charge is what got me to order my pads from him. You can enter "ago" on AG and get the shipping for free, but I found that Phil had a better bundle deal than AG. I was fortunate enough to run across this thread earlier this week so I ordered from him. Had a tracking # to me asap and this was on MLK day.
 
In my experiences with Phil, customer service is "first nature." With most places you are lucky to have a tracking # the next day, with Phil its usually within a hour. If you ever have a question about any product he sells, give him a call. You will learn more then you think. When I ordered my PTG from him late on evening, he did not have it in stock. Early the next day I had a tracking # from the manufactor, he had it drop shipped.
 
I know he has contacted autopia about becoming a vendor. I hope those discussions are going well. I think he would make a fantastic addition to david's line of products.
 
I love hearing this about Phils service. I've worked in the merchant services industry for 10 years now (I make it possible for businesses to accept credit cards), and why other people in sales type jobs don't understand the importance of service is beyond me! I had a client call me at 1am last night and I answered the phone because if trust me enough to give me their business why shouldn't I be there for them??? It's refreshing to see so many people here putting such an importance on service and not JUST PRICE. I'm most def going to try DD out for my next order.

You think would still happen after he got banned from here last month? Just so everyone knows, he got banned for posting the holiday sale he had going on at DD in the Good Deals section. Not even sure if he got a warning or anything.

There was some misunderstanding on his part. That being said i would love to see him as an advertiser.
