Hi everyone. I just wanted to drop a quick note on my experience working with www.detailersdomain.com



I placed an order for a black wheel shmitt and menzerna po83 super intensive polish on Tuesday @ 915 pm. less than 45 minutes later, I had an email saying the po83 would be in on Thursday from Philip Yiu @ Detailers domain. It was great to get such a prompt note that the product wouldn't ship immediately. On Wednesday, I got another email letting me know the polish was in and was already shipped. Great CS!

Good to know! CS is SOOO important to me. I will gladly pay a little more for product of I know that I will be taken care of. Thanks for the heads up!!:woot2:
 
Greg, I had the same experience with DD. After I ordered some menzerna po83 super intensive polish, Philip emailed me to let me know that he received my order and if I had any questions. Late that night I had a tracking # and the product was shipped the next day.
 
My experience with Phil was too very positive. He returned my phone call promptly and was happy to answer questions.
 
I also ordered a bunch of stuff from Phil also and I got my order in 2 days. I was shocked when the fedex guy came to my door with the package from them. I ordered on a Sunday and got it on Tuesday afternoon.
 
He is also quick with the emails. We were emailing each other back and forth for a good half hour and he was fast with the responses and answers. CS is a 10 plus!
